Melkon Marashlian serves as a Director of Consolidated Commodities Corporation (CCC), bringing extensive experience in international finance, trade finance, financial management and cross-border commercial operations.

His professional background spans international commodity transactions, banking instruments, financial controls, contract review and transaction coordination across multiple global markets. His experience includes Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), Documentary Letters of Credit (DLC) and the review of SWIFT communications in connection with international trade transactions.

Throughout his career, Mr. Marashlian has held senior financial and management responsibilities across Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa and Asia. Prior to his commodity trade finance activities, he held senior financial roles with international organizations including Baker Hughes INTEQ, where he served as Regional Financial Manager for Central Asia and other international markets, and Compaq Computer Corporation, where he worked in financial analysis and management across the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

At CCC, Mr. Marashlian contributes to the evaluation and coordination of international commodity transactions, with particular attention to transaction structure, contractual requirements, banking procedures, financial instruments and risk management.

His approach reflects CCC’s broader commitment to disciplined execution: understanding the underlying commercial transaction, evaluating its documentation and financial structure, coordinating effectively with counterparties, and maintaining clear procedures throughout the transaction process.
